Living in the moment can be a challenge, but it is the key to experiencing life fully. As Emily Dixon once said, "Forever is composed of nows." We are focusing on seven keys to living in the moment, both seen and unseen. The first key is to govern your own race. This means being responsible for your own life choices in relationship with Jesus and embracing the present moment. To live in the present, you must let go of the past and not worry about the future. Cherish the current moment and make the most of today. Each day comes with its own gifts, so untie the ribbon and open them up. The second secret tied in time is to living in the moment with an understanding of time. Time can be thought of as a being, and it is marked by completion. We touch on: Erase negative timestamps in your life and let the prayers of the saints wash over you. Revelations 5:8-9 speaks of marking completion time in our understanding. The moment when Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, was presented before the 24 Elders and each one had a stringed instrument and a typical temple vessel. The residue of sin itself consumed. His sacrifice the Lamb of God marked in time has just been presented in the outer court and then offered on the golden altar before the veil. We've gathered at the hour of incense at the hour of our eternal selves at the hour of gratitude and praise. We highlight to live in the moment is to choose your words and who you listen to. Choose the moments that take your breath away and cover your day. Remember that His answer for you is tangible and that even tho the vision awaits its appointed time. It hastens to the end and it will not lie. Wait for it, it will surely come and it will not delay. Your life is a sweet smelling offering to God, and it is beautiful to Him. By embracing the present moment, you allow His sacrifice to consume hard places and wash and cleanse your mind, thoughts, and words. Your life is a worship, and it is a proclamation of His excellent worth.
Clarity Now Versus Tomorrow: Finding Joy in the Present Moment Have you ever felt like everything in your life was just a puzzle, with missing pieces that you couldn't quite make out? It can be frustrating to feel like you're missing something important, like you're not quite sure what you're meant to be doing or where you're meant to be going. But there's good news: according to First Corinthians 13:12, there will come a time when everything will become clear. Right now, we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but one day, every day we experience Him we have growing clarity to see ourselves in Him. This concept of perfect clarity is all about gazing face to face with Christ, so that we might know ourselves even as we have always been known. It's about finding joy in the present moment, even as we look forward to the future with hope and expectation. When we walk through Christ's sacrifice, we walk through his reflection, through his face. And this brings us happiness, not in some far-off future or in some other place, but right here, right now. It's not always easy to live in the present moment, especially when there are so many distractions and worries vying for our attention. But when we fix our eyes upon Jesus, He becomes the source of our sustenance and the conclusion of our faith. He endured the cross and despised the shame of it, all because He chose to see the joy of mankind's salvation. And that same joy can be ours, too, if we're willing to let go of our fears and doubts and trust in His love for us. So let's embrace the present moment, even as we look forward to the future with hope and expectation. Let's find joy in the now, and let that joy light a flame that burns brightly into tomorrow.

Shifting Focus to the Future with a Powerful Metaphor and Biblical Reference We highlight the importance of leaving the past behind and looking to the future. Using a metaphor of driving and looking in the side mirror, the focus is the significance of moving forward. Living in the present moment means acknowledging the value of each breath. I Love drawing on the biblical story of the bronze basin from Exodus, how this act of cleansing symbolizes the washing away of sins, a sacrifice that Jesus has accomplished for us. Encountering Him shifts the focus to know Him as our High Priest who has washed us clean, emphasizing that we are complete in Christ and reflect him like mirrors. Take a moment to visualize your self as the mirror! Moments are like the air that fills the room
All these things point to one conclusion, God is for us. Who can prevail against us? The gift of his Son is the irrefutable evidence of God’s heart towards us. He held nothing in reserve; but freely gave everything we could ever wish to have; this is what our joint sonship is all about. God has identified us, who can disqualify us? His word is our origin. No-one can point a finger; he declared us innocent. What further ground can there possibly be to condemn mankind? In his death he faced our judgment; in his resurrection he reveals our righteousness; the implications cannot be undone. He now occupies the highest seat of authority as the executive of our redemption in the throne room of God. What will it take to distance us from the love of Christ? You name any potential calamity: intense pressure of the worst possible kind, claustrophobia, persecution, destitution, loneliness, extreme exposure, exposure, life-threatening danger, or war? Let me quote Scripture to remind you, “Because of our association with you, we were reckoned as sheep to be slaughtered; we have been jointly slain on that day. ” On the contrary, in the thick of these things our triumph remains beyond dispute. His love has placed us above the reach of any onslaught. This is my conviction; no threat whether it be in death or life; be it celestial messengers, demon powers or political principalities, nothing known to us at this time, or even in the unknown future; no dimension of any calculation in time or space, nor any device yet to be invented, has what it takes to separate us from the love of God unveiled in our Lord, Jesus Christ. Romans 8:31-39 du Toit, Francois. Mirror Study Bible What did we catch Jesus saying...Five pathways or things Jesus was recorded as saying often: Insights into His Thought Process according to the Gospels, what was written down for our behalf.
Mankind’s association in Jesus is God’s doing. Of His design, we are in Christ, and we are associated in oneness with Him. Our wisdom is sourced in this union. Also, our righteousness and holiness originate from Him. Holiness equals wholeness and harmony of a person’s spirit, soul, and body. Our redemption is sanctioned in Him. He redeemed our identity, our sanity, our health, our joy, our peace, our innocence, and our complete well-being. Life itself, not death! By examining these verbal pathways that were written down for us, we can gain insight into how Jesus thought. He emphasized the importance of facing fears, understanding the truth, trusting in what He says to us, realizing that the Kingdom of God is nearer than we might think in this moment, and recognizing that our actions have consequences. What are those consequences? Feeling separated from Him and His love, and that is totally one-sided from our perspective.
"Had" to follow? Wow, that took me some time to think of an answer. I have a story with that. I am blessed to have known my Great Grandmother, Euphemia Coffman, born 1880, Keota Iowa on the family farm. She lived to a wonderful age of 99, always had hanky's bunched up in her silky jersey dress pockets and was one of the wisest people I have every known. Grandma was a very good listener, with a quiet and strong countenance. Consider her life began via horse and buggy, two world wars, a depression, the introduction of, cars, planes, television and phones. (to this day our family "honk" is that original Iowa farm party-line number. One long, two shorts. ) She passed away spring of my 21st year. I don't remember her ever complaining about anything; not even an ache in her bones. One of the most memorial days was during a RV trip with my folks back to the Iowa farm and the beloved county of farms that I grew up hearing about. Grandma and Auntie (her sister) use to play with there china porcelain dolls on a large hand made quilt. Those dolls, exquisitely made in France sit inside a curio case in my living room. Can you imagine playing with porcelain dolls shipped all the way from France in the late 1800s? During that beloved road trip we visited the old Brethren Community church and cemetery, filled with my ancestors and there neighbors. The day etched in my memories as I stood over the grave stones of Grandma Coffman's two beloved daughters who both died before the age of two. Aleph and Byrdel, there baby rings still lay in my Mom's jewelry box. I can't imagine the pain she suffered loosing two. All I know is that they had issues with the inability to digest any milks or formula. They starved to death. Maybe this lead to her quiet wisdom in life. Pain has a way of building walls of perseverance. Those walls didn't keep anyone out, they made her the strength of a Patriarch. Now to my LAW! I heard these stories sitting around the kitchen table play cribbage, family stories, relationship tales, the kind that echo'ed her wisdom. Grandma said that she and grandpa had an understanding in there relationship. Imagine my grandpa coming in from a full work day of farming corn and soybean in the Iowa soil. There unspoken sign was: If Grandma pinned up the corner of the hem of her apron that meant she had had a bad day, tread lightly, walk with compassion and understanding. Give her some space. Fathom the countless misunderstandings that were avoided by the toggle of a little safety pin. That is my LAW: every-time we see another person "Pin up the corner of there apron" maybe that translates as a upside down happy face sticker in the drivers car window when there driving, or a select pink grocery cart at the store, or a zebra stripped phone case, easy things for the community to notice without "saying." And we HAVE to follow the LAW to tread lightly around them, walk with compassion and understanding, give them space; even on the road or standing in the grocery store line! Fathom the countless misunderstandings that would be avoided by the "toggle of a little safety pin." Challenge is the pathway to engagement and progress in our lives. But not all challenges are created equal. Some challenges make us feel alive, engaged, connected, and fulfilled. Others simply overwhelm us. Knowing the difference as you set bigger and bolder challenges for yourself is critical to your sanity, success, and satisfaction. —Brendon Burchard FOLLOWING PODCAST INSTRUCTIONS as with any application you are required to signup with your email address. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Live Here!
We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence... We need silence to be able to touch souls.—Mother Teresa Just a quick note. You are definitely on my mind. Every day, I consult with Jesus, asking what questions you have and what you want to hear. The answers are like a prayer. Thank you for sharing this moment with me. Together, we can overcome anything. As Sir Abraham Lincoln once said, "My concern is not whether God is on our side. My greatest concern is to be on God's side, for God is always right." Our unity in Him is the right path, our foundation. It brings Him joy to be our audience, so feel free to engage with Him in whatever way we wish. Here's our quiz for you. Put on your thinking cap because I've added a touch of fun to it. I used AI to play around a bit and present the same question in different ways. The original question was formal, and now it has a sprinkle of fun and creativity. So, what would you do with an audience of God?

We all begin somewhere, Me? Learning is always a curve I'm on. As a listener, you know I am right in the middle of a Podcast facelift. It's good, but learning new software has its challenges.
If you missed last weeks episode (TRUTH will change facts) I encourage you to listen. The questions pondered in today's episode found many roots from my guest interview with Mike Parsons and his profound statements. It's odd, you know truths, but they haven't yet infiltrated your life-out-loud actions yet! âYou know this about me, I like to ask questions. Todays Takeaways
Last weeks promise
So glad you could join me, I am looking forward to making good on my promise from last week.
The coolest activation, or should I say activations as this is a very hands on episode. Holy Spirit you are a star. While preparing for this weeks episode, I was thinking about all the places that you could be listening to this podcast from. Near and far, some of those places, hmm, we will just clap an oh-my-goodness over our lips and not say. We aren't going there are we? We all do this, right? It's an interesting note to look at Podcast stats. I can see the different listening platforms, what country or town you are listening from. 75% of you are listing on your phone, so we can assume you are doing two things at the same time. That's what I do when I listen to podcasts. I am either driving or doing mundane chores around the house. But there is nothing mundane about todays episode.â Getting to TRUTH
Point 1: Asking the Father, point blank what His heart is about a situation.
This is the way I process the word, situation.
There isn't a doubt that God is good, loves you and I more than we may perceive. God has touched each of our lives in so many areas. You and I are not strangers to faith. But have you asked Him point blank, and then waited until He reveals Himself through the answer? BINGE THE LATEST POSTS
Assumptions?
I'm going to break this out a little further, ok.
What do I mean truth revealed; agape love. We have to experience an encounter with Him that forever altars any opinions that may present themselves. We talked about that in episode: 104 GRACE that's to easy! James 1:2 Temptations and contradictions come in different shapes, sizes, and intervals; their intention is always to suck you into their energy field. However, my friends, your joy in who you know you are leads you out triumphantly every time. Joy is the official voice of faith. "Count it all joy," make a calculation to which joy can be the only logical conclusion.) 1:3 Here is the secret: joy is not something you have to fake, it is the fruit of what your faith knows to be true about you. You know that the proof of faith results in a persuasion that remains constant in contradiction. 1:5 The only thing you could possibly lack is wisdom. [One might sometimes feel challenged beyond the point of sanity.] However, make your request in such a way that you draw directly from the source. [Not filtered through other opinions] God is the origin and author of wisdom; He intertwines your thoughts with good judgment. His gifts are available to all, without regret. we are putting pressure on remaining constant in contradiction, amen.MTB Now I have to take a moment to talk about those 6634 notes in my journal.
You'd be extremely grateful to both God and the tools found through journaling. I placed so much value on hearing His voice, writing down what He said, it changed my life, it change "church." But that is what the UnFinished Book is for, a powerful story I am so proud of.
Lets take a moment to apply some life application:
Since last weeks episode I have set myself on a course to ask God with Point Blank intention, what His heart is for different areas of my life.
Just like the Prophet Elijah and the Apostle John: God asked them what do you see? So when I see something that is unexplainable I say, Jesus this is what I see or perceive, then He affirms me, either yes, or let me show you again. Keep it simple. Father God you word says: that you have given eyes to see and ears to hear. And all GRACE abounding. See Ephesians 1:18,19 MTB Disclosure
Let me share with you a simple story,
the TRUTH, my testimony and then together we will dive into the Oneness that He so richly provided for us. I'll title it Baptism Promise I'd like to cue a disclosure right up front why? To kick out a contending spirit. A spirit of measure or judgement. I'm simply putting light on it. So the real truth can be seen. My disclosure is this, my ear problem is not life threatening. I hear you, that is why I am addressing a disclosure. Because we hear you. We, the Godhead and I know that there are listeners out there that are struggling with life threatening issues. When Jesus called Lazarus from the dead, look how many issues were presented. Despair, confusion, that God didn't show up on time, but Jesus wept and had compassion on every one of them. Let's shine the light of compassion, Gods principles apply for an ear, for a heart, for finances, or any manner of sickness.
I was sitting at my desk, just like I am now, writing out this post.
My right ear has been bothering me for a couple years. First it started as itching. Then in the last 6 months I would wake up and my ear had liquid that had drained out of it through the night. And in the last 2 months I have been dealing with ringing in the ear. I had already walked into the courts of heaven to deal with any accusations. I'd always heard that ear ringing was demonic, crap! So now I'm bothered and feel un-empowered. Can we talk, talk about the real, life application stuff? This is a workshop discussion on change, right. Back to my desk. I put my elbows on the desk and cupped my SCREAMING literally a frequency that would shut up. I cupped my hand over my right ear. And asked Jesus to show me the TRUTH IMAGINE with me TRUTH in capital letters standing like pillars at the top of a hill, similar to the famous Hollywood letters.
I'm holding my painful ear in one hand and in the spirit climbing to the top of this hill, once at the top, I start walking around each letter of TRUTH, Jesus is the way, truth and the life.
and I am positioning myself, we are positioning ourselves together. Jesus led my spirit to what looked like a large bathtub sitting in the ocean. The ocean was so attractive, you could feel the tropical warmth, sea-foam greens were kissing ocean blues and all the colors melding in between. and there is this large oval bathtub, submerged in the peaceful still ocean and filled with the waters of the ocean. I was still holding my ear. And I saw Jesus lead my spirit into the waters and we submerged ourselves in the waters. Isn't it cool that you can breathe under water in the spirit. I was warm, loved, lead, and resting in the water still holding my ear. So I asked Jesus to explain. Before we go to the next part, if you haven't already jumped in to this spiritual picture, I invite you in. you take hold of the situation which has become a circumstance in your life, hold it like I'm holding my ear. In the spirit of your imagination, jump on in the water is fine!
I know you have questions too! Ask away: Listener Connectco-raised with Christ into a new lifestyle
Romans 6:3 What are we saying then in baptism, if we are not declaring that we understand our union with Christ in his death? 6:4 Baptism pictures how we were co-buried together with Christ in his death; then it powerfully illustrates how in God's mind we were co-raised with Christ into a new lifestyle. (Hosea 6:2.)
6:5 We were like seeds planted together in the same soil, to be co-quickened to life. If we were included in his death we are equally included in his resurrection. (2 Cor 5:14 - 17.) 6:6 We perceive that our old lifestyle was co-crucified together with him; this concludes that the vehicle that accommodated sin in us, was scrapped and rendered entirely useless. Our slavery to sin has come to an end. MTB
That is the path to TRUTH, the experiential kind. Jesus showed me, so I could share with you, about Himself which produced life. He was and is more powerful as TRUTH than any fact my ear could scream.
I decree that many of you will come out of this spiritual water free. I decree that you have been empowered to look TRUTH in the face and remain in His baptism. until TRUTH has change fact. I decree that you also will walk around the letters of TRUTH as pillars and hear God reveal his heart to you. Did anyone say Shopping?

Going to the grocery store, driving downtown Corvallis has a different feel. I needed a pink specialty thread to hem my dress for my son's wedding. I stood in the check out line on blue tape marked 6 ft apart. Outdoors from the store with my parcel in hand, craft store customers just arriving parked in the next space avoided me, walking around the backside of our cars. Not disrespectful, I applaud wisdom and being safe, just weird. I am sure your hometown has a similar essence of disconnect during these set apart days of the coronavirus. I release love to the whole Earth, to all humanity. I saturate the atmosphere with love, joy and peace. Written by Jeremy Westcot in response to Freedom ARC Blog. 4/1/20
Last night at Church we got into the discussion of God being silent. A continued review of the importance of hearing from God.
My response, God you're never silent to Your children. Even in the face of promises that seem long overdue, shaken and teetering towards hope deferred. Lord, I answered, "You're yes, has to be encouraged and reinforced." Heavens absolute, is what, why, how & with continued encouragement through relationship, that is what I really need to hear. Your answer doesn't change. We discussed the possibilities of "Gods Silence" being a lie?
Then this morning while writing, ascended before Him, I did a search on God being silent. Pulled up all the verses, read them and found, they were bent towards man's opinion of punishment, or as David said a couple of times in his psalms, "God do not be silent." Overall hue, they were focused on man's frailties.
Outside of my first impromptu response, I thought I would check in with You Father, double check my heart, mindsets and seek out the truth. How can You be silent if You live inside me, I live inside of You? Hearts beat, the body makes noise in its ebb and flow of functionality. Holding hands may be without words, but touch speaks loudly. Actions communicate a thousand words. If all heaven declares the glories of God, then my ear turns to hear the decree. Heaven is anything but "Silent".
Hearing, I respond, "good question"? God asked me if I am silent towards Him at times, I said "yes."
Also, He asked, Why are you silent with Me? "Because I do not understand... something is difficult... frustration leads my intentions..." Embedded in my memory's, the "Silent treatment" which I hated when my parent responded in this way to me, is punitive, separating and disconnecting. Other times I choose to be silent. Within your company, in contemplation, or just being, no words are necessary. This silence is filled with confidence, the close-together-moment we are experiencing does not require any words to embellish its beauty. I can hear You loudly! Perceptions: His Hebrew Living letters speak in many languages: Communicate a picture holding a thousand words. Sing a color that one must immerse themselves within it, to unravel the melody. Move an emotion within the hidden soundwaves of love. Or feel the refreshing dew under one's feet, while walking with God in the cool of the morning. If I look to see His footsteps imprinted on the grass? Also, look and behold creation bowing in honor. You will never miss the evidence of His spirit made manifest.
Silence or Silent: Is He really making "no sound"?
Is He really quiet, being still, refraining from speaking? Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God, right? Romans 10:17 Mirror Bible: It is clear then, that faith’s source is found in the content of the message heard; the message is Christ. (We are God’s audience; Jesus is God’s language! Faith comes out of the word that reveals Christ. The word “Christ” appears in the best manuscripts. Herein lies the secret of the power of the gospel; there is no good news in it until the righteousness of God is revealed! [See Rom 1:17] The good news is the fact that the cross of Christ was a success. God rescued the life of our design; he redeemed our innocence. Mankind would never again be judged righteous or unrighteous by their own ability to obey moral laws! It is not about what someone must or must not do but about what Jesus has done! God now persuades everyone to believe what he knows to be true about them. [It is from faith to faith.] The prophets wrote in advance about the fact that God believes that righteousness unveils the life that he always had in mind for us. “Righteousness by his (God’s) faith defines life.” [Habakkuk 2:4].) Has God not given humanity a fair chance to hear? Psalm 19 says, “His words touch the entire world like the rays of the sun; nothing is hidden from its heat; yes, truly their resonance resounded in all the earth, and their voice unto the ends of the earth.” [Romans 10:17-18] by Mirror Bible - A better request might be at hand; That faith is key to "the coming of hearing" and the need is really continual reassurance what we hear-see-feel-perceive Him declaring. And then we can understand Davids Psalms: "Lord, Do not be SILENT"!
