 Today, our conversation highlights 6 Life Keys: areas of, recognizing changing seasons and the different perspectives we see or may not see. As Pastor, Author, Wife of 38 years, and Mother I guarantee we have a few perspectives to discuss.
Mindfulness is a mind filled with experiential conversations with the God.

Embracing this mystery reveals how God intricately weaves you and I together, unveiling a collective identity rooted in Christ. We will share perspectives, story telling and helpful conversations that cultivate a heightened awareness  enabling us to grasp the depth of spiritual wealth present within us and our interconnectedness in Christ.

Prayer Breathing

Philippians 4: 6-8 TPT  with personal inflections.
Follow me dear friend
together breathe in the goodness of God
hold it and                 
​Relax as I speak over us.
WE are saturated in prayer throughout this day, you and I offer our faith-filled requests before God
with overflowing gratitude we offer our silent prayers, our unspoken prayers, our Bigger than Life prayers
God breathes over us, wonderful peace that transcends human understanding,
He faithfully and valiantly guards your heart and mind through Jesus Christ.

Now breathe out and exhale the trials, concerns and circumstances of the day
Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Tell him every detail of your life,
believe your breathe is carrying every detail of your life...
breath out pain and disappointment
release confusion and worry
release misunderstandings and problems
Now move your breathe in relaxation

Keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real,
honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind.

Familiar, Comfortable, Easy

New, No Comfort Zone, Trust issues?

Introducing a 26 foot sailboat fixed keel that sits on a trailer making her as tall as a semi truck. And interesting twist.This particular boat she hasn't been out of the harbor for the last two owners. Ah I know she needs some love. In the season of "Courtship," the focus was on being together make sense right?
​To change seasons we will have more responsibility more room. But there's a measure of risk in acquiring any recreational vehicle especially if we have to believe God that she is sea worthy.
What does it mean in our relationships to be sea worthy.

Imagine standing next to a semi-truck in a picture. How would you feel transitioning from a small campervan to a semi-truck?
It's crucial to consider this transition from all perspectives, not just mine.

How would this change make my husband feel, especially since he would be responsible for fixing any issues with a sailboat that has changed hands twice?
​
Consider how the dynamics will shift to achieve our desired outcome. We acknowledge the potential risks and changes in responsibilities. Reflecting on what lessons mindfulness can offer in this journey.

What would it mean to you to live convinced of who you are in Him?
What would that mean?
And how would your life be empowered to live conscious of how he feels for you?

Challenging our MINDFULNESS

A sailboat has run aground, with its keel stuck in the sand as the tide retreats.
This situation presents a challenge for our mindfulness. Instead of focusing on the negative, let's explore a different perspective. Picture two depicts massive anchors resting at the bottom of a crystal-clear, tropical ocean. How many interpretations can we derive from an image of an anchor? The term "anchor" itself conveys ideas of being tethered, weighty, and immobile.
Alternatively, by maintaining a connection with a mindful state, we perceive the image in a new light – feeling secure, grounded, and protected in the midst of a storm.

Tapestry Poem

From the field or creature that provides the yarn,
and through the weavers hands it's spun.
God shows the loom that holds the thread,
and waits, as I master its movement.
And then together with tapestry in hand,
we smile at the beauty we can call our own.
Now here's the LOVE for all to see
it's more than a story  spun.

Photo number four shows a sailboat being lifted by a crane. The boat is secured with large straps around its middle, suspended between land and water. It's in a vulnerable position, completely reliant on the crane for support and movement.

We observe a sailboat from an underwater perspective, as if snorkeling beneath it. From this vantage point, we can see the keel, propeller, and rudder, understanding the boat's stability. We consider the forces that propel or hinder movement, as well as the guidance it provides. Ultimately, it's our decisions that determine the direction we will take.

Understanding God's intentions becomes clearer when we delve into matters of the heart. Let us be mindful as we seek to align our thoughts with His. Through prayerful discussions, we aim to attain a heightened awareness. The true wealth that defines us is found in Christ, concealed yet accessible.

In this moment of unity, we are enriched by the boundless wisdom and knowledge sourced in Him. By exploring the concept of wealth as a spendable but unhoardable currency, we arrive at a profound realization through our interactions with God.
Within this enigmatic journey lies the revelation of our relationship with the Father through Christ. He encapsulates the entirety of wisdom and knowledge, guiding our path towards understanding.

Why is it that my favorite photos of myself always have a bit of a scowl? Go figure? As you can see I didn't leave the pink at home either. Don and I have had the wonderful privelege to sail both our own boats and bareboat charter the San Juan Islands in Washington State. Truly a pinch me location on the map. If you have the opportunity to visit, it is well worth it.
