 A reminder to live by and live with. Forgiveness is powerful in your own hands. Yesterday: a bit difficult, I invite you to listen to my podcast episode yesterday. (Encouragement, Next Exit) And I was the one encouraged. Learning to encourage oneself is a true gift. Forgiveness of Self wraps the present of Encouragement with new paper and bows each time received. Some days it appears we wrestle with Self to see if we will win. Yet forgiveness always, always changes the playing field.
I’m the midst of the day, whooshing a mile a minute, not so easy to step back, take off the boxing gloves, put yourSELF in timeout, take off the gloves. Breathe in, Breathe Out. Even amid its 24 hours you can start fresh. Take the mask off of a false Zorro, lay down your sword and “On Guard” truth…It works! Living by my core values. (I never preach what I haven’t experienced and put it into practice!) #coursesbykristenwambach online learning… check it out!  Did anybody say PRACTICE was hard? Yes it is. Routine, Goals, Doing, Focus are all by products of zeroing in on your core values. Experience out ways knowledge any-day of the week and put into practice, well that is mastery to the core. The best communion I can have to begin a day. Kristen, I forgive you. Kristen, “Jesus says” you are now empowered to pick up your sword again and tuck those boxing gloves in your back pocket. “On Guard” Day!
