We are still having a heat wave here in the Pacific Northwest, I am fairing well as a natural born California girl, I thrive in the heat. I hope you are enjoying your summer, getting outside, enjoying family.
Last night my husband Don Smoked hotdogs and did they ever taste good. I smothered mine with mustard and dill pickle relish, MMM mmm I love summer food.

I am so excited. We started a new series last week | Pure Joy, with the purpose of encouragement, laughter, and gurgling life's best, amen. I kept seeing last weeks episode graphic turned upside down.
So I went over to Canva where I make all my graphics and turned it Topsy turvy to meditate and chew on the picture. Here's a meditative tip for you: Making it a practice to write, draw, digitally create what the Lord is showing you. Great place for me to highlight a Journaling Life,
There isn't a tool that any one of us possesses, with more wisdom hidden inside thanJournaling!
The benefits: of drawing or gathering like pictures is
retention, seeing a different perspective, highlighting your sense of feeling and emotions, and creating a memory gate that the Lord will use again. And the benefits of kinetic learning. It becomes tactile. And from a spiritual perspective, what you see in heaven become a record on the earth as soon as you make a record. you should get a ding ding ding from that one.
