ENTICE= [attract or tempt by offering pleasure or advantage] [to hold or engage the attention of, to attempt to win over] Easy for me to strike through the word tempt, as it has negative connotations. But I have had success at buying a smaller size pair of blue jeans to hang in the closet as motivation, it created a reward system which I did benefit from. The benefit for me is to hang a star on the word attract and advantage to create a long enduring path.
