Tell A Story

The ultimate reason for setting goals is to entice you to become the person it takes to achieve them.
It’s a good reason to unpack the word entice to lead us into the forward effort we need to embed in our goals.
ENTICE=
[attract or tempt by offering pleasure or advantage]
[to hold or engage the attention of, to attempt to win over]

Easy for me to strike through the word tempt, as it has negative connotations. But I have had success at buying a smaller size pair of blue jeans to hang in the closet as motivation, it created a reward system which I did benefit from. The benefit for me is to hang a star on the word attract and advantage to create a long enduring path.

And my number #1 source for right decisions is

talking with God. He is notorious for showing a person, their best self and His loving opinion of you. Receiving Best-Self encounters and affirmations from Him has time enduring rewards.
