I think we will open the Grace drawer today! If anybody needs a bath in it, is me! I just got of the phone with one a my BFF! I called her to discuss canceling some arrangements I had. I felt overwhelmed, unprepared, exhausted from dealing with a multitude of legit distractions. In a season where I bank on my experience & organization to keep me ahead of the holiday pack and on track for a holly jolly, lets bake a hoard of Christmas Cookies. Trying you might ask? Yes, my patience! I said to her nano seconds after her hello: 1. You have my permission to cut me some mercy and hear me whine or 2. tell me to pull up my big girl pants and deal with it! Which advice do you think she lent me? Pause... Listen to the entire post by Kristen Wambach #2 (big girl pants) iced with heartfelt encouragement to remind me of the years of sacrifice I have put forth to learn, live and share All things from a heavenly perspective. Breathe! I think my husband put a wife for rent sign out on the lawn! Can cook, won't cook, tied to computer, heavenly minded and then some. Next to me and that sign would be my beloved King Charles Spaniel, Dash who has been a medical distraction since October. Everybody say, aah! She currently is wearing a pink muzzle to keep her from chewing a wound/bite/bacterial something. Two vet visits ago! Its a good thing it wasn't parasites because she has been sleeping under the covers! Ooh! So if you see a "mature" women wearing red with white polka dot, big girl pants on, and a darling tri color pup, with a hot pink muzzle on, bewildered next to a for rent sign, here in Oregon, its us! My FAV Productivity ToolsNow what about that wintry quote: "Snow and pine resin we inhale deeply to fill the soul? Shall we open that 5th Advent Day drawer, knowing the content is filled with Grace. Yes, knowing! Ladies: I'm talking to a hand full of you today, I hear you saying a loud amen with a southern accent and others say keep it comin, I need to hear it too! In 3 short Feminine suggestions if possible?
Today we are going to bake a cake with Grace flour! And ice it, in Wintry White frosting, sprinkled with stars and snowflakes. We'll house its baked perfection in a clear crystal covered cake plate and set it on a perfectly appointed table as our communion. Let's cut and divide it's goodness and taste of its sweet. And the brilliant thing about Grace, is tomorrow there will be another piece! Somebody bring the coffee! "Freshly cut Christmas trees smelling of stars and snow and pine resin— in hale deeply and fill your soul with wintry night." —John J. Geddes I'll light the fire and candles on the mantle, watch the lights twinkle and peak between the branches on my flocked Christmas tree. We'll sit for hours to our fill, sharing abundance from our bake. Fresh from heavens bounty, a Wintry BFF Grace cake! Happy Christmas. Join the conversation on Instagram

[ORDER THE HARDBACK] | [GET THE PAPERBACK] [ePub link: AMAZON] [ePub link APPLE BOOK] [AUDIBLE] Still Awaiting Shipment of Author's Copies P.S. I’ll be honest with you—I’m a "Hardback" kind of gal. There is something about diving deep and writing all over the pages, capturing the thoughts and conversations I hear from the Lord in real-time. While the ePub is convenient, it limits your ability to use this as a truly responsive Playbook. Between you and me, the royalties on a printed book are much smaller, but the impact is so much greater. I want you to have the version that lets you "suit up" and engage. If you want to mark it up, wear it out, and make it yours—go for the Hardback.💋 Format: Hardback (Legacy Edition), Paperback, ePub & Audible Page Count: 440 Pages Includes: 18 Chapter Activations & Interactive "Play Sheets" Author: Kristen Wambach |
