This listing is for a commercial use license for my artwork. It allows you to use the artwork I made for logos or profit on items such as shirts, mugs, stationery, crafts, etc.
YOU MUST PURCHASE ONE COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR EACH DESIGN YOU PLAN TO USE.
The design must be purchased separately.
After you purchase the license you will have full rights to the artwork.
This license allows for the sale of t-shirts, mugs, hats, crafts, stationary or any physical items bearing the design.
TRADEMARK STATEMENT:
>>> Before activating a listing, the USPTO database is checked for any trademarks on words, sayings and phrases used in the design. However, new trademarks are issued daily and it is possible a word, saying or phrase used in one of our designs will be trademarked in the future.

--YOU MAY NOT create a new digital product intended for resell that incorporates any part of this design (whole or in parts), sell as a transfer or stencil, or digitized for embroidery
