STEP 1: Audit the "Sandpaper"
Take an honest look at your current season.

• Where in your career, business, or ministry are you experiencing friction, delay, or perceived failure?
• Write it down: "The place where I currently feel 'stuck' or under pressure is..."
• The Shift: Acknowledge that this friction isn't an exit sign—it’s the "sandpaper" refining your heart and uncovering gold.

STEP 2: The WWJD vs. Identity Pivot
In the middle of logistics and work-week demands, high-achievers often default to performance-based thinking.

• Old Question (Performance): "What would Jesus do to fix this mess right now?"
• New Question (Sonship/Identity): "Who does Jesus say I AM right now in the middle of this mess?"

Pause for 2 minutes in quiet reflection. Write down the first words or impressions that come to your spirit regarding who He says you are (e.g., a daughter/son with full access to wisdom, a platform builder, completely secure, loved without performance).
STEP 3: Ask the Question in the Dark
When you are navigating a "winter season" or rebuilding after a loss, bypass religious clichés and engage in unbroken conversation.
Ask Jesus this direct inquiry:
"Jesus, in this specific business decision or setback, what wisdom or Rhema word are You giving me that I haven't been still enough to hear?"
Document any impression, scripture, or thought that comes to mind in your journal.
