Interview Attune 40

The Supernatural Reality & Living "Spiritually Brave"

Have you ever felt like you had to leave your spiritual self at the church door before entering your workplace? Or that the "supernatural" was too heavy, too fearful, or just not practical for your daily grind?
I recently had the honor of joining Emmanuel Manishimwe on the 40 Days of Reconciliation Podcast. We dove deep into the heart of what I call being "Spiritually BRAVE." As an ordained pastor and transformation coach who has spent over four decades teaching people to engage Heaven, I’ve learned that God doesn’t want visitation rights on Sunday; He wants habitation in our every moment. Whether I am manufacturing bird feeder systems for Rabbitrail Supply or navigating the complexities of family dynamics, the frequency of Heaven is available.

What is Spiritual Bravery?

During our conversation, Emmanuel asked me to define "Spiritually Brave." It’s a concept that sits at the core of my ministry. Simply put, being spiritually brave is believing what Jesus shares with you.
It sounds simple, doesn't it? But how often do we dismiss a perception, a vision, or a whisper because it doesn't fit our logic? Bravery is the act of responding to His response. It’s like the story of Nicodemus. He came to Jesus at night, bound by titles and religious structures. But Jesus invited him to see the Kingdom. By the end of his story, Nicodemus was brave enough to care for Jesus' body publicly. When we interact with God—when we truly hear Him—we shed our fear of man and step into a compassion that changes the atmosphere around us.

The "Rabbi Trail" of Entrepreneurship
One of the greatest myths in the church is the separation of the sacred and the secular. On the podcast, I shared the story of my business, Rabbitrail Supply. It’s not just a clever name; it’s a "Rabbi Trail"—following my Rabbi, Jesus.

God is the ultimate Creator. He gives us "witty inventions" (Proverbs 8:12). When we manufacture a product or serve a client, we are opening a window for God’s resources to flow through us. We are conduits—like a dam with windows that open to release the river. Being a CEO isn't separate from my ministry; it is ministry. The same God who speaks to me in my prayer closet gives me the ingenuity to solve business problems.
The Nursery Miracle: A Lesson in Listening
I shared a vulnerable story with Emmanuel about my own baptism in the Holy Spirit. I was hungry for more of God but terrified of the "weird stuff." I had put up boundaries to keep myself safe. But Holy Spirit is a gentleman; He is so kind.
While I was striving and fasting, trying to force a spiritual breakthrough, He whispered a simple command: "Sing over him." He wanted me to sing over my 10-month-old son. It wasn't a thunderous command from a mountain; it was a gentle invitation in a nursery. As I opened my mouth to sing, the language of Heaven flowed out—lyrics, melody, and all. That moment taught me that the supernatural is often wrapped in the simple acts of love we perform every day.

Show: Attune 40 / 40 Days of Reconciliation Podcast

Guest: Kristen Wambach

Host: Emmanuel Manishimwe

[00:01] Emmanuel: Welcome. You're listening to the 40 Days of Reconciliation. Today on our podcast, we have a special guest, Kristen Wambach. Kristen is an ordained pastor, author, and the host of the Interviewing Jesus Podcast. You're welcome, Kristen.

[00:22] Kristen: Welcome. Hello, hello, hello listeners. And thank you, Emmanuel.

[00:27] Emmanuel: Thank you. Would you like to tell us how you came to know Jesus Christ?

[00:31] Kristen: That is a lifetime of a story. First, when I was eight years old, I believed God and I accepted what we would classify as the sinner's prayer. I remember that at church. So that was my pinpoint that I could look at my life and believe Jesus made a transaction with me and I with Him. Over the course of my life—I am 67 years old—He has shown me that He has always been a part of my life. He's always a part of our life. He's in there in the beginning, in the middle, and at the end. It's just we come to a point and a decision where we allow Him to steward our life and He becomes the Lord of our life.

[01:30] Emmanuel: As you describe Him, the mystical nature of Christ implies a very great relationship with God. What is your greatest turning point in your faith?

[01:40] Kristen: When He opened my spiritual eyes. That was a beautiful gift that altered my perception of God, my perception of self, my perception of the world and all the wonderful people that are in it.

[01:57] Emmanuel: You teach people how to be brave. How would you describe "spiritually brave"?

[02:02] Kristen: For me, being spiritually brave is believing what Jesus shares with me. Whether it's a perception, whether it's Him highlighting a scripture, whether I have a vision, or whether my eyes perceive in another realm—I simply believe what He shares with me. And then I begin to have a conversation with Him. "I feel like this" or "I perceive that" or "I saw that," and He'll say yes and expand on it.

It's like you and I having a conversation, Emmanuel. If you show me a picture of your dog or your family, I respond. It's the same way in our relationship with Christ. We respond to His response. It just so happens that He's responding to us from a spiritual realm where we think we can't see.

[03:04] Emmanuel: That's great. Expound more on communication with God. How would communicating with God regularly increase somebody's level of being brave?

[03:14] Kristen: One of my favorite characters in the Bible is Nicodemus. Nicodemus had all his religious titles, and he came to see Jesus at night because—oh no, let's not get caught talking to Jesus! But Jesus says to him, "You must see the kingdom of heaven." There was a transaction there.

What I love about Nicodemus is that we see his transformation. Later, he is part of Jesus's burial. You see him cast aside all of his titles, everything religion gave him, and he puts himself out in public to help with the burial of his Lord. He was so brave. When you have those conversations where Holy Spirit highlights Himself to us, it makes us brave. If we have a difficult relationship at work, but Jesus reveals that person is going through a tough season, we pray differently. Our frequency is different. It makes us brave and compassionate.

[05:25] Emmanuel: Would you like to tell us more about your podcast and the books you've written, and where we can find them?

[05:34] Kristen: Yes. My name is Kristen Wambach and you can find me at my website, KristenWambach.com. I am also a host of the Interviewing Jesus Podcast. I've written four books. My first, The Unfinished Book, is my journey of how Jesus opened my eyes. My second book, currently in editing, is called How Good is God? Coaching Church: Breaking Through the Gates of Hell, Pew, and Pulpit to Truly Experience Heaven.

[06:48] Emmanuel: Wonderful. In your book, you focus on teaching about how to be brave in Christ. There must be some incidences in your life that caused you to focus on this topic.

[07:12] Kristen: My first point of bravery found me as a young parent. I'm the mother of four sons. As a young mother, I was giving, giving, giving, and the reservoir of myself was empty and broken. I didn't particularly like myself. At that point, I finally allowed myself to listen to Holy Spirit.

He came in and bathed me with love. That love took off the weightiness of choices I had made. You don't feel shame or fear in His presence. That makes you brave because you're free. When you enter into this love relationship with Trinity, you want to talk about it—just like when we are dating our spouses. I removed any boundaries; God has permission to talk to me in the grocery store or while I'm working.

[10:19] Emmanuel: That's very encouraging. You mentioned the Holy Spirit. Would you like to tell us more about how the Holy Spirit has taught you to listen to God?

[10:33] Kristen: I will share a monumental story. In the faith of my fathers, there was no story of the Holy Spirit or baptism of the Holy Spirit. It was fearful to me—fire, brimstone, talking in another language. But I was hungry for God.

I wanted the baptism of the Holy Spirit, but I put up boundaries to be "safe." I fasted for five days, making it so hard. My youngest son was about 10 months old. I was wrestling with God, and very quietly, Holy Spirit said, "When you're putting your son down for a nap, I want you to sing over him."

It seemed too easy. But I opened my mouth to sing over my baby, and my prayer language came out in full musical lyrics and sentences. As free as free can be. Now I have a story that shares the love of God in a simple way.

[14:05] Emmanuel: Glory to God. It seems you found true reconciliation between you and God. How are you prepared to make sure your children flow in the same anointing?

[14:32] Kristen: It’s in our DNA. My children can feel my prayers. Holy Spirit lives in each one of us. It is prideful to think we have to invite our Father into us. He lives in there! We have a choice of whether we talk to Him, but nothing separates us from the love of God. That love is a frequency between parent and child.

[16:09] Emmanuel: I would like to take you back to your life as a CEO. You are a CEO, but you've not left the ministry. Do you feel burnt out? And how do you deal with that?

[16:30] Kristen: Do I get exhausted? Yes. Our business, Rabbitrail Supply, makes pulley systems for bird feeders. God created that ingenuity. Scripture says He gives us "witty ideas." Let me give you a secret: It’s not "Rabbit" like a bunny; it’s "Rabbi Trail." I am following my Rabbi, Jesus Christ. Everything is immersed in being led by Him.

[18:16] Emmanuel: That is insightful. You use the statement: We shouldn't ask "What would Jesus do?", but "What does Jesus say that I am?" Tell us more about that.

[18:32] Kristen: Jesus says I am an entrepreneur. We don't separate our spirituality from doing business. He is the same God watching over us at work as He is when we sleep. He wants us to be a conduit for resources. I view myself as a reservoir or a dam; we have to be available to open the windows so God can flow through us.

[20:51] Emmanuel: You are speaking against a particular laziness where people think, "I am born again, God will supply," but don't work.

[21:17] Kristen: Let's use the reservoir metaphor. God is the headwater; we are the dam. We have windows that release waters during different seasons. But reservoirs also have fish ladders—allowing things to come up the stream. We have the privilege to learn how to operate those windows.

[22:41] Emmanuel: What is your encouragement for CEOs facing struggles or conflict in their faith?

[23:38] Kristen: Balance. Let's use the metaphor of a teeter-totter. You can sit on the two ends, or you can discover the middle—the access point. I want to be at the access point with God. I want to learn His flow.

There are days I don't feel like producing orders or writing. But when I spend time with Him at that access point, He strengthens me. He helps me prioritize. I learn that when the teeter-totter goes "down," it might just mean "weighty" with His presence. It's about allowing the pivot point of a relationship with Him to move and flow.

[25:22] Emmanuel: Thank you so much. Have a wonderful day, Kristen.

[25:25] Kristen: Thank you.

Finding the Access Point

Life can feel like a teeter-totter—ups and downs, heavy and light. We often try to control the ride from the seats. But I have learned to sit at the access point—the fulcrum in the middle.

When we center ourselves in our relationship with Jesus, we aren't at the mercy of the highs and lows. We learn His flow. We learn that "down" doesn't mean defeated; it might just mean "weighted with glory."
Conclusion
You are designed for this connection. You don't have to invite God into your life; if you are His, He is already there! The question is, are you talking to Him? Are you brave enough to believe what He says?

Let’s bridge the gap today. Whether you are a CEO, a mother, or a seeker, the conversation is open.

PRESS RELEASE
Episode Recap: A Testimony of Oneness & Bravery
On a recent episode of the 40 Days of Reconciliation Podcast, host Emmanuel Manishimwe welcomed global authority on Oneness and Kingdom connectivity, Kristen Wambach. As an ordained pastor with over 40 years of ministry experience, Kristen joined Emmanuel for a deeply reflective conversation about faith, courage, and the "Interviewing Jesus" lifestyle. What unfolded was not simply an interview, but a masterclass on Spiritual Bravery.
A Journey of Continuous Revelation Kristen’s faith story is not just a single turning point, but a lifelong unfolding of hearing God’s voice. She shared how her relationship with Jesus has shifted from simple belief to a conscious, daily stewardship—a transformation that reframed how she sees herself and the world.
The Gift of Spiritual Sight One of the episode’s key moments focused on spiritual perception. Kristen detailed the moment God "opened her spiritual eyes," reshaping her identity and launching her into a conversational relationship with the Trinity. She defined Spiritual Bravery as simply believing what Jesus reveals—whether through Scripture, impressions, or the quiet whispers of the Holy Spirit.
Courage Through Encounter Drawing from the story of Nicodemus, Kristen illustrated how genuine encounters with God dismantle fear. She explained that hearing God changes how we see people, moving us from reaction to compassion—a core tenet of her "Coaching Church" teachings.
The "Rabbi Trail" of Entrepreneurship Kristen also discussed how she lives out her faith as a CEO of Rabbitrail Supply. She challenged the divide between the sacred and the secular, emphasizing that spirituality is not separate from business. By following her "Rabbi," Jesus, into the marketplace, she demonstrated how every calling can become a channel for God’s provision.
Balance at the “Access Point” When asked how she balances leadership, ministry, and life, Kristen used her powerful "Teeter-Totter" metaphor. Instead of striving at the extremes, she teaches listeners to find the "Access Point"—the center fulcrum where intimacy with God provides balance and clarity.
Final Encouragement Kristen’s message to leaders and entrepreneurs is simple yet profound: Intimacy with God is available in every task. Spiritual bravery often looks like quiet trust and the courage to believe that God is already near.

BEYOND THE THRESHOLD
x
I believe that the gap between Heaven and Earth is not a distance to be traveled, but a threshold to be crossed. My faith isn’t found in "stale bread" religion, but in a face-to-face, relational reality with a God who is better than our current bandwidth can imagine.
The Pillars of Our Experience:
  • The Restoration of All Things: I believe no story is too broken for the goodness of God. From the depths of the "Field of Blood" to the heights of the celestial courts, His heart is set on our complete wholeness.
  • The Safety of Belonging: For the Servant heart and the Mercy soul, I believe the Father is building a "Sure House"—a place where your unique design is celebrated, and your presence is essential to the family of God.
  • Redemptive DNA: I believe every person carries a God-inspired signature. By uncovering our Redemptive Gifts, we move from the "poverty of striving" into the wealthy identity of an heir.
  • Relational Discernment: I believe in a "Rhema" connection—a living, breathing conversation with Jesus that provides the supernatural wisdom to navigate our actual, messy lives.
I believe in the "Dangerous Hope" that shires up the GATES of our lives, ensuring that neither height nor depth can separate us from the love that first called us Spiritually BRAVE.
