Connections with others can be life's sweetest gifts...until they start to sour. —viaK Imagine love as a vast ocean and relationships as the ships we build to navigate it. Love can be unconditional, like the ocean's horizon, but who we allow on our ships requires careful consideration. Relationships demand construction, maintenance, and sometimes overhaul. Our episode today reminds us that while love flows freely, we must approach our hearts with intention. I share 5 personal growth tips, along with a heart application. Trust breaches can feel like stormy seas, but these challenges are opportunities for growth. Proverbs 4:23 teaches us to guard our hearts, emphasizing that protecting them is about cultivation, not walls. Healing starts with honesty—acknowledge the hurt without blaming, and seek to understand if the relationship is worth mending. Boundary-setting is non-negotiable; akin to charting a course for safe navigation. Honor your needs and those of others, permitting room for each heart to steer its course unimpeded. Concentrate on self-belief and personal progress. Love is our gift to offer, but relationships are a shared endeavor, necessitating both transparency and discernment. Therefore, hoist your sails, shield your heart, and embark on this voyage towards healing. The sea of love is teeming with untold potential, and with a mindfully constructed vessel, you will discover new horizons.
Key: imperative that prayer go before you, otherwise what is behind the negative behavior will not be dethroned, loose the accusation of entitlement, and the discomfort that God has allowed you to feel...called LOVE won't move them into a heart change in there life. | Learning to trust "yourself or others" again is like learning to walk again. It's about setting boundaries for yourself, making choices that resonate with your principles, and taking the time to nurture yourself. Healing is not just about mending a broken relationship - it's about nurturing the seed of resilience within you and allowing it to grow. Rebuilding trust is like repairing a broken vase - it requires patience, effort, and a shared commitment. So, which part of this process do you feel equipped to handle right now? Let's explore that together! |
Healing is not just about mending a broken relationship - it's about nurturing the seed of resilience within you and allowing it to grow.
Boundaries are an act of love-both for yourself and others.
They protect your energy, your values, and your ability to show up fully for the relationships that truly matter.
How are you currently balancing that unconditional love with the boundaries needed to guard your heart?

P.S. I’ll be honest with you—I’m a "Hardback" kind of gal. There is something about diving deep and writing all over the pages, capturing the thoughts and conversations I hear from the Lord in real-time. While the ePub is convenient, it limits your ability to use this as a truly responsive Playbook.
Between you and me, the royalties on a printed book are much smaller, but the impact is so much greater. I want you to have the version that lets you "suit up" and engage. If you want to mark it up, wear it out, and make it yours—go for the Hardback.💋
