We are not asking You to do something new. We are asking You to reveal Yourself in a way that we have never experienced before." — Kristen Wambach In this intimate milestone episode, Kristen unpacks a personal journey of physical restoration—facing a torn meniscus and locked knee—and how the sovereign whisper of 3 John 1:2 broke through the noise of physical pain and spiritual striving. When we understand eudōomai (the Greek promise of a smooth, unobstructed, prosperous journey) and realize that Christ is not a distant deity we must beg down from the sky, healing and identity align from the inside out. This episode features the official debut of the full acoustic anthem, "Beloved, You Are Highly Prized," an 8-minute journey translating forensic theology, the mercy seat, and the anatomy of healing into sound. In This Episode, We Explore:
"My deeply prized companion, you who are held in the absolute embrace of My affection! My prayer for you is that you are continually brought along on a smooth, highly successful journey..." — 3 John 1:2 (Mirror Embellishment)

I am so glad that you are here. Let's pray together. This 300th episode I have been mulling over for such a long time. And my heart is that as special as the story is for me, that that uniqueness and the treasure that I find. This story to be a treasure for you. So that we walk into this 300th episode, feeling the oneness of God opening up our hearts to touch us. So as I say, this is very off the cuff. I have a few notes to help remind me of the path of my story. And then I have a beautiful song to share with you that I know will deeply touch your heart. Let's pray together. Kristen Wambach (01:07) Father God, I thank you that every individual listening to this episode, every single one, no matter the time frame, whether it's tomorrow, next week, or in two years, I thank you that you are constantly hovering over the relationship with your kids. And we just release Holy Spirit to hover over us, to move the waters, to remove some things that need to be removed from our heart or from our thinking, and to just open up what is already there. What is already there? We're not asking you to do something new. We're asking you to reveal yourself in a way that we have never experienced before. Thank you for your faithfulness to touch me, to touch the listeners. In Jesus' name. Amen. Okay. Breathe in, breathe out. 300. If you go back and you listen to my journey, my first 100, my second, you can hear confidence building. You can hear some of the things that I learned. I remember on my hundredth episode, I took my phone and I downloaded the app for recording and I trudged up to the top of the peak of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. It was very noisy, windy, raining out there. Very, very rainy, and you can hear all the background sound in the recording but you can also hear what God was doing. I wanted it to be memorable. I wanted to remember where I was at the time because a hundred seemed huge in the history of podcasting of sitting down and having a conversation with my friends. Kristen Wambach (03:28) I wanted to remember that we were both there pulling up chairs to the table. Then my 200th episode, I went back to a very dear place where I had a monumental encounter with an angel back at Mount Tabor, and it's the same place that John G. Lake had an encounter with an angel. And his whole healing ministry was just born and birthed from that point. So make sure you cue back. I will highlight those two. Let me make a note of it. Kristen Wambach (04:16) There, I've made a highlight of those two episodes so that you can also listen to it because not only are you hearing how God is teaching me and how I'm improving as a podcaster and the different guests that He so graciously brings to our table. So that is something of an encouragement. We want to learn how to podcast. Sometimes it's just a learning curve and just trusting that Holy Spirit will help you get you there and you can accomplish it. Amen. But now we're at 300. And like I said, I have been praying over this for some time. I had some personal desires of how I saw the episode come to pass. But about three weeks ago in my serious get in your face, Lord, I kind of need a clue about 300 so we can get organized. Yes, I'm one of those organized administerial people, which is really good. But sometimes the Lord literally wants you to set your faith out there and just trust him. And the only word that I heard was, it's a surprise. So that is today. It's a surprise. And what cued me in just to sit down and get very personal with you to reveal that surprise right here, in my office with all of my recordings and lights here. Kristen Wambach (06:05) was that yesterday in researching my notes on the conversation that God and I were having, I stumbled on a journal note on a dream. And what's so amazing is that dream came to pass yesterday. It occurred quite textbook. Surprise, right? So that encouraged me to take out the fanfare of the day. Yes, it's special, but take out the fanfare and just invite you as my friend. Kristen Wambach (06:56) That together we hear what the Lord is doing in our lives. Thank you for being here. Shall we get started? So, my rest story over a period of time, I think it was in November, that I really hurt my right knee quite severely, and I was off of it. Four or five days I was off of it. It was extremely painful. I'd had knee surgery, not in this knee, before, so I was aware when there was a rip or a tear. I was very, very aware. Now, in my relationship with the Lord, I prefer to walk with him and allow him to hold my hand through the healing process. Yes, doctors are wonderful, medical advice is absolutely wonderful and helpful. But when something like this, I know that he would tell me, Kristen, you need to go to the doctor. And I never had that word. And so because he never said that point blank, I knew that he would meet me every step of the way. So in short, I had torn my meniscus and my left ankle on the Achilles heel had created a bump that was super uncomfortable. So my walking was tremendously hindered. Kristen Wambach (08:43) A point or statement that I want to share with you. When you are in pain, sometimes it is so trying to get yourself what we would say in the Lord's presence to relax when the pain is really screaming in your ear and hurting. And we're going to talk about that today. And the beauty that he brought about, because he knows when we are uncomfortable and are in pain, and his goodness just moves over that. And so I'll tell you this more of the story. So when I was researching the knee and I knew that I had torn it deeply. And it's interesting about the meniscus, the outer part of the knee, according to science, the outer part of the knee is subject to the flow of blood. So when there's flow of blood, that's where the healing of the body, the natural DNA of what Christ put in us in creation, that we are to heal. Our bodies are destined to heal themselves. That's the goodness of God. But when I dug in a little bit more in medical science, the inside of the meniscus, they call the white part, is not subject to the flow of blood. So right there it takes my faith to a deeper level, a deeper step of that my communion, that the bread of life. Kristen Wambach (10:37) Is literally going to feed life into my knee and heal it, into my ankle and heal it. And that Holy Spirit is going to encourage me through the pain because you still have places to go, people to see, and responsibilities. It's quite a story. Kristen Wambach (11:09) The root of the story is that Holy Spirit touches you with the same healing anointing and touch that is inside of you, from the inside of you released throughout your entire body. I'm going to read Third John 1:2. We are all familiar with it. I'm going to read it from the Mirror translation, and it has some embellishments with it. My deeply prized companion, you who are held in the absolute embrace of my affection. My prayer for you is that you are continually brought along a smooth, highly successful journey, and that word in the Greek is eudoomai. And it means that smooth, highly successful journey where every single area of your physical life down to the very marrow of your frame vibrates in robust, overflowing health, perfectly mirroring the beautiful. Kristen Wambach (12:35) Unhindered prosperity that already defines your true identity inside my spirit. It is already defined. But sometimes getting our logic, getting our issues already on the inside, sometimes that can feel overwhelming and difficult. Let's break down some of the words that we find in this scripture of 3 John 1:2. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health as thy soul does prosper. That was my blueprint for my healing. It is your blueprint for your healing. The word beloved: highly prized, esteemed, dearly loved, held in unconditional embrace of the Father's affection. Unconditional embrace. Meaning we're held no matter of the conditions on the inside or the outside or the noise going on in the brain, we are held in that unconditional embrace. Amen. Whew. It is so tender. Can you feel the tenderness of the Holy Spirit here? It is good. And the word prosper, part of the word eudoomai, means well and good. A journey, a road, or a path, literally to be led along a good, smooth, unobstructed road to have a frictionless, prosperous journey. Walking with him. A prosperous journey. Meaning that life. Kristen Wambach (14:49) We always take in communion and the bread of life and the spirit of life every step that we take, every circumstance that might present itself. To be in health, what does that mean? To be sound, to be whole, to be uncorrupted, vibrant in physical vitality, free from disease, friction, or decay. In my spirit, when Christ said it was finished, it was done, when he overcame sin, sickness, and death, everything under death, decay, and disease have been taken care of. That's the way that I see it. That's the way that Jesus reveals himself to me. It is finished, Kristen. And that is what I purpose myself to know him, to place myself in the oneness of his finished work. As your soul prospers, your spirit has always been perfect. Always, because God can never be in something or around something that's unholy, and your spirit and his spirit have always been one. Your spirit has always been pure. So our soul prospers when we enter into relationship with him. And that begins to create a physical wholeness operating as a direct parallel reflection of the unhindered life already established within your spirit. So if you just meditate that your spirit is pure, always has been, and every unhindered thing is established in there, sometimes we just have to be taught of the Lord to release it so that it floods into our body. Kristen Wambach (17:09) Sometimes it feels trapped. I know I struggle with that, especially when we're uncomfortable and in pain. That pain can create fear, and you can feel trapped. And then it becomes a spiritual performance to get yourself to that place, so to speak, so that you can receive, the walls seem to drop down, and the reception of his goodness and healing are doing what they're purposed to do, and that is to heal us and make us whole. How easy is it when you're in pain—physical, financial problems, relationships—to slip into survival mode. Sometimes we do that. Survival mode, trying to build a monument of stone or calculate the cost of survival. And it can feel real, just like pain. But there is a turning point. God is good. Hearing the one simple sovereign word breathed into the room. Aside from all my tryings or performance, that one word: beloved. Kristen Wambach (19:03) Beloved, this is how he speaks to us, beloved. I heard a particular quote from Graham Cooke through another podcast, and he happened to say a relationship where the son is always desperate for the father is dysfunctional. Hard stop! I heard that and I went, huh? Let me say that again. Graham Cooke quoted this, I think he was with Kris Vallotton. Honor to both of them and their ministry. The quote is, a relationship where the son is always desperate for the father is dysfunctional. Kristen Wambach (19:56) I needed to hear that. Because part of my performance that we might call pressing in had dysfunctional tendencies because I was desperate for the Father to heal me because it hurt. But to switch my thinking that the Father in all of his goodness and his love is right there, is totally attentive to us. Let's dial that down. The word beloved, I wish above all things, that breaks down the lie that God only responds when we're screaming in crisis. Kristen Wambach (20:59) A good father doesn't want his children waking up terrified every morning, wondering if they qualify for breakfast, so to speak. Wondering if they qualify for a touch from God. That is not the Father's heart. He delights in you and I. Kristen Wambach (21:47) Now I knew that when he spoke 3 John to me, and I could feel the resonance of him saying beloved. And if you add your name to it, you could say, beloved Kristen or Beloved, add your name to it. I wish above all things. All things. This is his desire. He desires it above all things that you prosper, be in health as your soul does prosper. That is God's desire. And I needed to get that into my system, so to speak, so that the noise of pain, the noise of discomfort, the noise—yeah, you get it. The noise. And so what I did is I took this whole story and created a song. Yes, I used AI. It was wonderful. And I created that song. And today it marks our 300th episode. I took the entire ledger, the theology, the anatomy of healing. I talk about a covered bridge, which the covered bridge represents the mercy seat. Kristen Wambach (23:23) Where we sit in a covered altar which is the mercy seat, when the mercy seat was represented sitting on top of the Ark of the Covenant. That's what the covered bridge is. We are sitting in the temple of God within it, and it is filled with his glory. We don't have to praise for two hours for the glory to fill his temple. The temple is filled with his glory. And so I created a song. I want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath and let this song just wash over your frame. It'll be here in the episode. It is also on YouTube and I encourage you to play it again and again. So my knee was so freaked out and hurting because the meniscus was torn. And all of a sudden, my knee was locking up. And I went, God, I have a conference to go to in a week. There is no way that I'm canceling on going to see my very dear friend who's going to be preaching. No way. Kristen Wambach (24:59) So Lord, we have a problem because my knee locked up so bad, I couldn't walk. And I found out from a dear friend whose sister is a doctor, the reason why it's locking up is the meniscus is torn and this little flap of membrane literally because it's been severed folds back, gets in the way of the joint and the flow, and that's what's causing it to lock up. So we need to unlock the knee, and we need the knee to move freely and the pain to go away and for God to heal it. So I listened to the song again and again and again. Kristen Wambach (26:02) [Feature Presentation: "Beloved, You Are Highly Prized"] Kristen Wambach (26:13) Thank you for listening to that with me. I have a couple questions to ask you. Where in your life are you still operating out of panic or friction or feel like you're begging? Kristen Wambach (26:36) Share that with Jesus. Share those areas with him and say, Jesus, forgive me. Help me, show me. And what defensive walls are you ready to drop so you can walk through the open door? So you can sit in that mercy seat. Mercy, remember? Mercy. It overcomes any judgment of self, any judgment noise, any judgment of sickness, disease: mercy. Because that's what Christ did for us. He stepped in, he offered himself in mercy. Kristen Wambach (27:31) So that his desire—beloved you and I—I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health as your soul does prosper. He made a way. Kristen Wambach (27:47) And the closing declarations of the song: You are safe. You are greatly loved. You are well-resourced. Breathe in the fragrance of the breath of life. No more friction, no more strife. And just stay right there. Again, the song is on YouTube. You can listen to it over and over and over again. Former Milestones:The Frictionless Stride: Stepping Out of Performance into the Blueprint of WholenessWelcome to this sacred milestone. Reaching our 300th episode has had me in deep reflection. If you have walked with me across the years, you know the milestones: trudging through the roaring wind and pouring rain atop the Yaquina Bay Bridge for episode 100, or standing at Mount Tabor for episode 200, anchoring into the legacy of angelic encounters and healing ministry. When I asked the Lord how we should structure episode 300, I expected an elaborate plan. Instead, Holy Spirit whispered a single directive: “It’s a surprise.” Taking away the artificial fanfare, I pulled up a chair in my studio to share a deeply personal journey—one where physical agony, forensic theology, and divine rest collided. The Anatomy of Physical ResistanceBack in November, I severely injured my right knee and left ankle. The pain was unrelenting, leaving me off my feet for days. Medical understanding confirmed a torn meniscus, with a painful bump on my left Achilles. When pain screams in your ear, entering the Lord's presence and finding rest feels like an uphill battle. While science shows the outer meniscus has a direct blood supply capable of organic healing, the inner section—the "white zone"—is avascular. It receives no blood flow. In that space, human effort ends. My faith had to lock into something higher: the communion table. The Bread of Life had to become real food, supercharging my frame and feeding resurrection life directly into that joint. Unpacking the Blueprint: 3 John 1:2During this season of immobility, Holy Spirit spoke one sovereign word into the room: "BELOVED." He led me straight to 3 John 1:2. In the Mirror Translation, the passage reads:
Let’s unpack the forensic weight of this promise:
Breaking the Lie of Fatherly DysfunctionWhen we are in pain—whether physical, financial, or emotional—it is easy to slip into survival mode. We start calculating costs, managing lack, and turning prayer into an anxious performance. I was reminded of a statement popularized by Graham Cooke: "A relationship where the son is always desperate for the father is dysfunctional." That statement stopped me in my tracks. A good father does not want his children waking up terrified every morning, wondering if they qualify for breakfast. Our Father does not only respond when we are screaming in a crisis. He delights in us. Shifting from the panic of a beggar at the gate to the rest of a daughter at the table changes everything. The Covered Bridge and the Song of RestTo anchor this truth, I translated the entire theological and anatomical ledger into sound. The result is our 8-minute acoustic anthem, "Beloved, You Are Highly Prized." In the song, the covered bridge represents the mercy seat resting atop the Ark of the Covenant. We do not have to strive to coax God's presence into the room; the temple is already filled with His glory. When my torn meniscus created a mechanical locking flap just a week before a major conference, I did not accept a locked gait. I listened to this anthem repeatedly, declaring the word of the Lord over the "white zone." The joint unlocked, the tissue relaxed into its original design, and my stride was restored. Safe, Loved, and Well-ResourcedWhere in your life are you still operating out of friction, fear, or begging? Lay down the defensive walls. Step across the covered bridge into the sanctuary where the table is already set. Declare this over your body and circumstances today:
No more friction, no more strife. Coaching Church ActivationsThe "Friction to Stride" Activation (3-Minute Exercise)Core Truth: Healing and clarity flow from an established seat at the Father’s table—not from the anxious performance of begging at the door. Step 2: Drop the Beggar Posture (60 Seconds)Silently hand that issue over to Jesus and discard the performance mentality:

Physical wholeness operates as a direct, parallel reflection of the unhindered life already established within your spirit." — Kristen Wambach
Whether unpacking the original Greek scriptures, creating healing soundscapes, or sharing raw testimony from the front lines of life, my mission is simple: to remind you that you are unconditionally loved, completely safe, and fully resourced in Christ. Grab your coffee, pull up a chair, and let’s journey together! A good father doesn’t want his children waking up terrified every morning, wondering if they qualify for breakfast, so to speak. Wondering if they qualify for a touch from God. That is not the Father’s heart. He delights in you and I." — Kristen Wambach Final Summary and Call to ActionEpisode 300 marks a monumental milestone—not with empty noise or complicated religious performance, but with an invitation to come home to the Father’s heart. When physical pain, financial strain, or emotional weariness screams in your ear, you don’t have to beg as an orphan for bread that already belongs to you. Healing, peace, and wholeness are not distant prizes to strive for; they are the natural outworking of the unconditional love (Agapētos) and frictionless stride (Eudōomai) already anchored in your spirit through the finished work of Jesus. Step across the covered bridge, leave the frantic calculating behind, and take your seat in the sanctuary of His rest. Call to Action:
